中文摘要 | 臺北榮總神經外科之專科護理品管組織由督導負責推動與執行教育,品管組織之主 席由派至護理部品管委員會之委員代表擔任,以配合護理部品政策,制定專科單位之品管指 標、監測、評值及改進專科護理服務品質。神經外科護理品管業務分為病患護理品質之監測, 護理人員工作表現監測及行政管理之監測等三個重要層面,依品管十步驟研擬品管計劃,採 用Focus P-D-C-A Cycle進行改善。自民國80年開始實施品管指標監測以來,不僅病患照顧 之品質有顯著成效,工作人員之專業能力也更為提昇,並陸續完成品管專案與護理界同仁互 相切磋,深刻感受品質管理之重要性。 |
英文摘要 | Neurosurgical Nurse Supervisor is responsible to facilitate and provide education for Neurosurgical quality improvement in Veterans General Hospital-Taipei. The Chairperson of the Neurosurgical Quality Control Committee is also Quality Control Committee member of the Nursing department, therefore the relationship in the Quality Control Policy between the nursing department and the neurosurgical division can be established. Three of the domains of monitoring the quality are clinical nursing practice, performance and administration. Ten steps and Focus P-D-C-A were used to develop and implement the Quality Improvement Project. From 1991 until now, we have found nursing care quality and nurses clinical competence have increased. We've shared the experiences and results with nursing colleagues through publications and feel the importance of quality management. |
