中文摘要 | 變壓器絕緣油外漏,不但影響環保而且導致運轉安全,是維護人員極為 重視的問題。如果漏油的地方是在油槽底部需要將變壓器油全部排出才能更換盼 更處理。這種方法非常耗時而且增加變壓器之線圈曝露在大氣中,尤其負載不斷 增加時,變壓器要停電一、二天非常困難。本文介紹變壓器油槽上方留一部份空 間,變壓器油槽下方外接一透明塑膠管以方便觀察油位,然後再抽真空,使塑膠 管之油位降低至需更換凡而盼更(valve packing)之位置,此時表示此點內外壓力平 衡,更換凡而盼更時,變壓器油不會外漏,即可順利更換,而不必將變壓油全部 排出。 嘉南供電區營運處維護課利用此方法於大型變壓器漏油處理,從民國八十年八月 起至今已將本處三台二十年以上的舊變壓器漏油全部順利修好,證明此技術可節 省4/5時間及1/4人力,而且具經濟、安全之效益。茲將工作方法介紹給維護人員 做參考。 |
英文摘要 | The transformer oil leakage is one of the most a serious issue formaintenarnce crews. Oil leakage not only does harm to our environmentbut also may results in power outage. Suppose there is a leaky valve at the bottom of a transformertraditionally, it always takes a lot of time to pump out all of theinsulation oil in order to replace a deteriorated packing, at the same time,the exposure of coils to the ambient air is certainly not good fortransformer itself. Besides due to the demanding power load, it is ratherdifficuet to shut down a main transformer for one or two days for repair. The " vacuum balancing " can be used to cope with the abovementioned problem. The technique tactfully uses the principle of hydralic pressureballance to case the replacement of packing under oil leakage situationas described in the text. Since 1991, we have successfully luutilized the technique to repairthree old type transformers which have been in service for more than 20years. This matter of fact proves that we can save at most 80 of timeand 25 of man - power by comparing with the conventional method. |
