中文摘要 | 為瞭解成人學習之狀況,本研究嘗試結合專業技術與成人學習的觀點, 探討苗栗縣卓蘭鎮葡萄農之技術學習動機、技術學習參與及技術採用等因素之相 互影響及其對表現於葡萄園果實品質、產量等方面之學習效果的影響。其所以被 選擇的理由在於過去四十餘年來,葡萄的栽培在臺灣儼然以新興作物的姿態出 現,而苗栗縣卓蘭鎮係典型的葡萄栽培地區,且其地形封閉獨特,少受外界干擾, 以該地區進行探討最能看出個人特質對學習效果之影響。 路徑分析的結果顯示,若葡萄農對技術的學習動機越強,則其會有越強的學習參 與,而導致較好的學習效果。此學習參與也同時會正面、顯著地影響學習者對技 術的採用。因此動機和參與是學習過程約二大重點。由本研究之發現可以提醒在 農業推廣教育的推動過程中最重要的應自引導農民的學習動機開始,並在教育課 程的設計上注意排除其學習障礙,以促進學習參與,如此則能使其在學習效果上 有良好的表現。 |
英文摘要 | It was an examination of the factors that influence the learning effectiveness of adultfarmers. The study was from the viewpoint of integrating the technology and adult learningconcepts, and tries to examine the relationship among technical learning motviation. technicallearning participation and technical adoption of the grape producers of Chao-Lan township,Miao-Li County. It also attempted to analyse how those factors influence the learning effectiveness. The reasons of choosing the grape producers of Chao-Lan township, Miao-LiCounty as a sample for this research were one, because of the importance of grape cultivation in that area in the past forty years, and the other one, because of its isolation ingeographical terms. Therefore it is easier for examining the personal factors that influancelearning effectiveness. Path analysis was shown that technical learning motivation had both a positive andsignificant influence on learning participation and learning effectiveness. There also existedthe same relationship between learning participation and technical adoption. The results highlighted the fact that learning motivation and participation were the keyfactors in the process of adult learning. Therefore, It is suggested that agricultural extensionagents should encourage the positive motivation of farmers and try to help farmers toovercome the obstacles of learning, it is then that we can persuade farmers to voluntarilyparticipate in learning activities and induce greater effectiveness.key words: techanical learning motivation, techanical learning participation, techanical ado pion. techanical learning effectiveness. |
