| 英文摘要 | Agricultural waste products were used as the major components to isolate cellulase-producing microorganisms from soil samples. Strain A-151 was the best cellulase producing strain. The organism was identified as a strain of Streptomyces actuosus. Masimum cellulase activity was obtained when the strain was grown aerobically in a medium consisting of 5.0% rice bran, 0.1% K2HPO4, 0.05% MgSO4. 7H2O(pH 5), at 37℃ after 9 days. |
