中文摘要 | 本文係採用發泡硬化製造程序,先將水性酚醛樹脂、�K喃樹脂等材料製造成發 泡材,並將椰纖氈壓製成椰纖板後再與發泡材複合成為隔熱材。進而以田口式實驗計劃法探 討在不同發泡條件下,發泡材之吸水量與導熱係數之變化。由實驗結果顯示,水性酚醛樹脂 100 %;�K喃樹脂 8 %;硬化劑 20 %;發泡劑 10 %;碳酸氫鈉 6 %;水 10 %;發泡 溫度 130 ℃所得之導熱係數能有較佳的表現。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, water soluble phenolic and furan resins were made into a foaming material by the foam-curing process under different conditions. Coir fiberboard was made by hot-pressure, and combined with the foaming material to form a heat insulator. The moisture content and thermal conductivity of the foaming material under different conditions were invertigated by TAGUCHI method. The results indicate that a good thermal conductivity condition is of 100% water soluble phenolic resin, 8% furan resin, 20% curing agent, 10% foaming agent, 6% NaHCO�軒t 130℃. |
