中文摘要 | 利用快速誘導致肝癌動物模式,以檢視benomyl(免賴得原體)、BenlateR(免 賴得成品)、chlorothalonil(四氯異苯晴原體)、DaconilR(四氯異苯晴成品) captan(蓋普丹原體)及dichiorvos(二氯松原體)等農藥在1000 ppm濃度下之致癌 性。試驗結果benomyl原體及其成品BenlateR可使白鼠飲水量降低、血清中天門冬酸轉氨? (GOT)、氨基丙酸轉氨?(GPT)及麩氨基轉氨?(γ-GT)值上升、肝臟膽管上皮增生病變,同時 肝臟之γ-GT染色陽性面積比率亦呈顯著性上升。此藥劑亦會造成雄鼠生殖系統傷害,其他 供試農藥於測試劑量下對白鼠無毒害作用。 |
英文摘要 | Acult Wistar tats (150±20gm weight) were used by rapid carcinogenesis bioassay method to evaluate the carcinogenic effect of four kinds pesticides. The pesticides include three fungicides, benomyl (95% technical grade)、BenlateR(50% wettable powder commercial product), chlorothalonil (95% technical grade)、DaconilR (75% wettable powder commercial product), captan (95% technical grade) and one kind of insectcide, dichlorvos (95% technical grade). The water consumption, the serum level of SGPT (serum pyruvic transaminase)' SGOT (serum oxaloacetic transaminase) and γ-GT (γ-glutamyltranspetidase) of rats showed remarkable changes in the treated groups of the benomyl and BenlateR fungicides as compared to the control group. The most sensitive indicator of histopathologic lesions of exposure to benomyl or BenlateR were hepatic bile duct hyperplasia and positive areas of γ-GT in the livers of treated rats. The results indicated both benomyl and BenlateR belonged to morderate hepatic carcinogens on Wistar rats. No effects on any parameter were evident in rats by treatment with captan, chlorothalonil, DaconilR and dichlorvos. |
