| 英文摘要 | Forecast and Oveview of the Compensation Liability of Air Carriers Air catastrophes are frequently happened recently, those families of passengers naturally concern the amount of compensation while air carriers have to take both the cost, including premium, and the image of the corporation into considerafion, whereas the authorities are forced to look into the safety measures and transport convenience. Consequently, an air crash compensation case usually combines social, political, legal and cultural factors that needs to be considered. This article shall search those relevant international conventions、domestic regulations and try to make the comparison. Particularly, the Japanese Initiative shall be introduced as the latest development in Asian Region. |
