中文摘要 | 本文以三種不同分子量聚醚二醇 (PTMG, 1000, 2000, 2900) 分別與4,4'-4, 4' 一二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽 (MDI) 及低分子量二胺型聚 (間一次苯基間苯醯胺) (Nomex) 預聚合物進行聚縮合反應。每種聚醚二醇與MDI及四種末端為二胺型之Nomex預聚合物,共製得十二種PU/Nomex脲鏈結嵌狀共聚物,並作機械性質探討 (包含應力-應變測試和應力鬆弛測試)。由實驗求得楊氏模量E, Mooney-Rivlin 關係式中之彈性參數C1和C2及鬆拍模量E (10秒) 和E (100秒) 鬆拋速度Vr與鬆抽時間□1和□2及□3等數據,以探討PU/Nomex脲鏈結帳狀共聚物內之硬鏈節和軟鏈節區域對PU/Nomex脲鏈結嵌狀共聚物機械行為之影響。結果發現PU/Nomex脲鏈結嵌狀共聚物具有良好的彈性性質,尤其是使用分子量2900之聚醚二醇時,展現了更好的彈性性質。 |
英文摘要 | Three poly (tetramethylene glycols) (PTMGs) with molecular weights of 1000, 2000, and 2900, 4,4' -diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and low-molecular-weight diamine- terminated poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (Nomex) prepolymer were polycondensed. Four different ratios of low-molecular-weight diamine-terminated Nomex prepolymer, PTMGs, and MDI were synthesized to form twelve PU / Nomex urea linkage block copolymers. The mechanical properties including stress-strain and stress-relaxation tests of each copolymer were discussed. The measured values of young's modulus, E, MooneyRivlin elastic parameters, C1 and C2, relaxation moduli, E(10s) and E(100s), as well as relaxation speed, Vr, and relaxation times, □J, □2, and □3, were used to estimate the effect of hard segment and soft segment domains on the mechanical behavior of PU / Nomex urea linkage block copoloymers. It was found that PU / Nomex urea linkage block copolymers still displayed good elastic properties, especially using the molecular weight 2900 of PTMG exhibited a more elastic behavior. |
