中文摘要 | 本研究設計以5wtNaCl、500μm厚之薄液膜電解質模擬海洋性之大氣腐 蝕環境,並以電化學技術分別檢測4340高強鋼、銅材與鋁合金偶合之伽凡尼效應 對鋁合金腐蝕行為之影響。實驗結果得知,伽凡尼電流大小順序依次為: 2024鋁 合金-銅>7075鋁合金-銅>7075鋁合金-4340高強鋼>2024鋁合金-4340高強鋼但各偶 合對個別材質之開路電位差與其伽凡尼電流大小並無直接相關性。另由各金屬之 動電位極化曲線證實,前述各偶合對之伽凡尼腐蝕機理,主要是受陰極控制。 此外,實驗結果亦顯示,添加1WtNa�浚rO�痔�5wtNaCl薄液膜中,可有效降 低伽凡尼腐蝕電流,但在同一條件下添加1.4wtNaNO�祟髂〃G膜中,並無明顯之 抑制作用。 |
英文摘要 | A 5wt NaCI, 500μm thin-layer electrolyte was used to simulate atmospheric corrosion in marine environments. Electrochemical techniques were employed to study the influence of galvanic effection the corrosion behavior of Aluminum alloys coupled to steel 4340 and copper respectively. Experimental results showed the order of galvanic current of the above-mentioned couples was :Al 2024-Cu > Al 7075-Cu > Al 7075-Steel 4340 > Al 2024-Steel 4340 and the galvanic current had no relation to the difference of the open-circuit potential of each galvanic couple. Furthermore, thepotentialdynamic polarization measurements revealed that the reactions of galvanic corrosion were under cathodic control. In addition, by adding 1wt Na�浚rO�� into 5wt NaCl thin-layer electrolyte, the galvanic corrosion was inhibited effectively. However, adding NaNO�� up to 1.4wt didn't reduce the galvanic corrosion current apparently. |
