| 中文摘要 | 含Zr之Ni�蚊l介金屬化合物,在1180-1340℃熱處理時,由於Zr在粒界富 集,降低粒界區域材料之熔點,而引起粒界熔化現象;並由此造成材料沿晶脆斷 傾向,隨著熱處理溫度上升,粒界熔化程度及沿晶破壞傾向增高;富合金中Zr含 量增加時,粒界熔化程度亦增高且粒界熔化之溫度降低,在添加lat.Zr時,固相線 溫度下降60.1℃,γ與γ'共晶溫度下降13.1℃,液相線溫度下降9.6℃,γ與Ni�� Zr共晶溫度提升5.3℃。金相觀察粒界熔化區呈現片狀之共晶組織,成份分析顯示 粒界熔化區Zr含量較高而Al含量較低。 |
| 英文摘要 | Zr-containing Ni�蚊l intermetallic compounds were found to suffer from grain boundary meltingduring heat treatments at elevated temperatures, which results in intergranulai fracture of materials. The grain boundary melting is attributed to the lower melting point of grain boundaries caused by the enrichment of Zr at these regions. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the grainboundary melting and intergranular fracture tendency increased. Also, by increasing the Zr contentin alloys, the grain boundary melting tendency increased and the grain boundaxy melting temperaturedecreased. For lat. Zr, the solidus temperature decreased 60.1℃, the eutectic temperature of γ-γ'decreased 13.1℃, the liquidus temperature decreased 9.6℃ and the eutectic temperature of γ-Ni�Ψrincreased 5.3℃. Metallography observations showed that the grain boundary melting region possessesa lameller structure. Chemical analyses indicated that in the grain boundary melting region the Zrcontent was higher and the Al content was lower than those in the grain interior. |
