| 中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在試驗市售含紫色下臺硫光合成細菌之環境用微生物製劑,對豬糞尿廢水之處理效果,並篩選出其中之紫色下合硫光合成細菌,希望藉其自身之同化作用去除廢水中銨氮及磷,達成第三級處理的目的。在現場以 220 公升塑膠桶裝經固液分離機後之豬糞尿廢污水,觀察 (A) 不添加生物製劑、水力停留時間兩天,(B) 添加”M-L”生物製劑、水力停留時間兩天, (C) 加蓋不加生物製劑、水力停留時間十天,對COD、BOD5、銨氮之處理效果,發現 COD 之去除百分率分別為 (A) 60.4、(B) 62.2、(C) 69.3;BOD5去除百分攣分別為 (A) 45.8、(B) 49.2、(C) 70.2;銨氮則增為原來的 (A)108、(B)112、(C)120%。另以不同來源廢污水 (A) 新鮮豬糞:水 (1:5),(B)固液分離機後之廢污水,(C)固液分離豬舍之廢污水,分別接種不同生物製劑在實驗室厭氣照光(30℃,500 lux)批式處理,觀察COD、BOD5、銨氮、總磷等之變化,結果來源(A)之廢水在試驗9天後COD、BOD5提高為原來的3倍以上,而來源(B)之廢水在試驗 5 天後COD、BOD5去除率分別為43、79%,來源(C)之廢水在試驗5天後COD、BOD5去除率分別為25、45%且8天後去除率為55、71%,但三種來源廢水以不同生物製劑處理對COD、BOD5、總磷並不造成處理上之顯著差異(P>0.05),且以紫色不含硫光合成細菌及”M-L”生物製劑批式處理豬糞尿廢水,對銨氮並沒有良好的去除效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to decontaminate swine waste water for conserving the water resource in Taiwan. Our objectives were to remove ammonia and other impurities by the addition of photosynthetic bacteria to waste water. The waste water from the photosynthetic bacterial treatment will be suitable for other proeessing like waste water for human consumption. A part of the treatment is the addition of probiolics when necessary. The waste water after separation by separator was observed and the effects of the 3 treatments were. (A) free ML & HRT 2days (B) added ML & HRT 2 days (C) free ML, covered & HRT l0 days for COD, BOD5, NH+4 -N of the continuous system with 200L plastic container in the pilot plant. Using Duncan statistical analysis it was found that the removal rate of COD was (A) 60.4, (B) 62.2 and (C) 69.3 %, the removal rate of BOD5 was (A) 45.8, (B) 49.2 and (C) 70.2 %, and the recovery of NH+4 was (A) 108, (B) 112 and (C) 122 %. In this experiment three kinds of waste water were used : (1) feces: H2O in a ratio of 1: 5, (2) after separation of the solids from the water with separator, and (3) after using the scraper machine in the swine house. The water was cultured with 6 different types of probiolics. The changes in S. S., pH, NH+4 -N, total-P, COD and BOD5 are monitored. Duration of the batch treatment was 7-11 day in the incubator and the conditions were 30 ℃ and 500 lux. The results observed were (1) BOD5 increased by 3.7 times in sample 1 during 9 days of experiment (2) the removal rate of BOD5 in sample 2 and 3 above were 79 and 45 % respectively after 5 days of experiment (3) the BOD5 removal rate of sample 3 was 71% after 8 days of experiment. It is important to note that when the 6 different types of probiotics were used, there was not a statistical difference (P>0.05) observed for the pH, S.S., T-P, COD or BOD5 in the 3 types of waste water, nor could, these probiotics reomve NH+4 -N well. |
