中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討產蛋菜鴨對白胺酸之需要量,並測定飼糧白胺酸含量對鴨隻之產蛋性能、蛋殼品質、血漿與蛋中支鏈胺基酸濃度及繁殖性狀之影響,試驗以大麥─大豆粕─玉米澱粉為主之基礎飼糧,含白胺酸 0.85%、異白胺酸 0.8%及纈安酸0.86%,逐級添加L-白胺酸0、0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60及0.75%。各處理組飼糧之粗蛋白均為17%,代謝能為 2750 kcal/kg,Ca3.0%,有效磷0.46%。試驗為期十週,試驗結果顯示,飼糧白胺酸含量由 0.85 % 至 1.6%,對產蛋菜鴨之蛋重、飼料利用效率、體重變化並無顯著差異,而當白胺酸含量達 1.15%時,產蛋率顯著地較 0.85%處理組佳 (P<0.05),以二次迴歸方程式求得之最佳產蛋率所需白胺酸含量為1.46%,佔飼糧蛋白質之 8.59 %。 在蛋殼品質與受精率及孵化率方面,各處理組間皆無顯著差異。血漿中白胺酸濃度隨飼糧白胺酸含量之提高而上升,異白胺酸與顯胺酸之濃度則隨飼糧白胺酸之提高而降低,其中以飼糧白胺酸1.6%處理組之血漿纈胺酸濃度顯著較0.85%處理組為低 (P<O.05)。蛋中白胺酸,異白胺酸及纈胺酸含量,各處理組間均無顯著之差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to determine the leucine requirement of laying Tsaiya duck. Barley-soybean-corn starch basal diet containing CP 18 %, ME 2750 kcal/kg, Ca 3.0 %, available phosphorus 0.46 %, leucine 0.85 %, isoleucine 0.8 % and valine 0.86 % was used. Graded levels of L4eucine at 0、0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60 and 0.75 % were added to the basal diet. Three hundred and twenty-four Tsaiya ducks (2♂+16♀) in triplicate per treatment were used for l0 weeks. The results indicated that egg weight, feed conversion and change in body weight were not significantly different among treatments. The diet contained 1.15 % of leucine had better egg production than the 0.85 % treatment (p<0.05). The level of leucine for the best egg production was 1.46 % as caculated by the quadratic regression equation. The egg shell quality, fertility and hatchability were not significantly different among treatments. The concentration of plasma leucine tended to increase as the dietary leucine levels increased, but the concentrations of isoleucine and valine tended to decrease as dietary leucine leveld increased. The concentration of plasma valine was significantly higher in the 0.85 % treatment group than for the 1.6 % treatment group. The contents of leucine, isoleucine and valine in egg were not significantly different among treatments. |
