| 中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討產蛋菜鴨對組胺酸之需要是,並測定不同飼糧組胺酸對菜鴨之產蛋性能、蛋殼品質及繁殖性狀之影響。以玉米-大豆粕-明膠為主之實用基礎飼糧,含CP 17%,ME 2750kcal/kg,Ca 3.1%,有效磷0.49%,組胺酸0.3%,逐級添加L-組胺酸0、0.02、0.06、0.09、0.12及0.15%,共六處理組,每處理三重複,每重複產蛋菜鴨12隻(♀10、♂2),共計216隻。試驗為期10週,試驗期間,每天記錄各組產蛋率及蛋重,每二週測定體重變化及飼料消耗量,以計算飼料換蛋率,試驗之第4、8及10週分別測定各組之受精率及孵化率,而試驗第3、6及9週測定各組之蛋殼品質。試驗結果顯示,飼糧含組胺酸0.30%(占蛋白質2.02%)有較佳之產蛋率(P>0.05),蛋重則以0.30%處理組顯著地較 0.36 與 0.45 %處理組為重(P<0.05),蛋殼厚度、蛋殼破裂強度及蛋殼重各處理組間均無顯著差異,飼料利用效率則以0.30與0.45%處理組顯著較0.36%處理組為佳(P<0.05) ,飼糧組胺酸含量對棻鴨之受精率與孵化率並無顯著之影響,飼糧含組胺酸0,36%時,血漿中組胺酸含量為10.3μmole/dl 最高,而0.45%時血漿中組胺酸濃度下降為 9.55μmole/dl。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to determine histidine requirement of laying Tsaiya ducks based on the egg production, hatchability, fertility and eggshell quality. The diet based on corn-soybean-gelatin contained 17 % crude protein, 2750 kcal/kg metabolizable energy and 0.3 % histidine. L-histidine was added at 0, 0.03, 0.06, 0.09, 0.12, and 0.15 % to the basal diet, respectively. Triplicates treatment were used. Two hundred and ten laying Tsaiya ducks in total were used, and 12 birds (10♀, 2♂) in each replicate. The results were as follows: 1. Egg production and egg weight were significantly better in the diet containing 0.30 % histidine (2.02 % on protein content), and eggshell quality was better but not significantly different. The optimum dietary histidine level for hatchability was 0.30 %. 2. Histidine concentration of plasma was highest in the 0.36 % treatment group but decreased in the 0.45 % treatment group. |
