英文摘要 | The underground water was resourceful in Taiwan. Nevertheless it become scarce for the demands increase greatly owing to the economic development. Furthermore the drawn water quality has exceeded the safe supply quantity, that causes the environmental and users' problems, which threaten the living environments more and more seriously. Hence the problems of using underground water are valued increasingly. In this thesis, we built an model of optimal control based on the external theory and the theory of optimal control to discuss what the optimal track is when the resourcis of underground water reach their optimal use. We can then establish regulations of optimal use according to the optimal track to malce the use of underground water get the maximum social welfare. The case we are concerned about is K'ou-Hu Hsiang in Yun-Lin County. We can concluded our research below according to the experimental results. 1. Under the principle of maxium economic profit, the optimal water stock is well no. is 3040 and the shadow price is -0.003 area. 2. The resources of underground water are renewable, so we should use such resources under the concept of forever use. And we sould clearly define the property right to make the disposal of resources reach the maximum social welfare. 3. The importance of how to reduce the well number to make the stock of underground water back to the optimal quantity to slow down the destruction to environment is clearly known. |
