中文摘要 | 教育當局為推行教育自由化政策,分別在1976年、1983年及1994年公布五年制專 科學校科目表。其主要精神為:降低學生應修學分、加強學生人文素養及方便學生有充裕的 時間鑽研志趣的課程,整合分流最適時機之看法,增進各校開課自由度,發展各校之特色。 然而,由於客觀條件之未能充分配合,參考十五所專科學校規劃之新制五年制化工課程,發 現相當有趣的現象。 化工教育者對化工領域的界定,雖有歧異,整體而言,其看法則大同小異。從事教育者 ,對分流之最適時機、終結教育、終身教育等問題容或有見仁見智的看法,但對此等問題追 求之目標及精神則為一致。 各校之新制課程規劃,不但無法符合教育部修訂課程之目標與精神,而且無法滿足因社 會、科技之脈動衍生之分流、終結教育、終身教育等問題之解決。文中將針對上述問題之解 決,提出個人之提議。 |
英文摘要 | In the year of 1976, 1983 and 1994, the education authorites have respectively released new lists of the courses for the five-year system of junior college in order to carry out the free education policy. The main purposes include reducing required credits, strengthening humane studies, providing ample time for students to select courses according to their interests, integrating viewpoints of optima time for division, expanding the freedom of course-arragement with individual schools, and developing the various features of individual colleges. Through a thorough research on the various newly-arranged courses of 15 five-year junior colleges, we have found out some interesting phenomena, which may have been caused by inadequate collaboration of objective requirements. Although the education of chemical engineering vary in their opinions about the definition of the scope in their field, their viewpoints are, generally speaking, quite similar. Moreover, these educators are all unanimous with the spirit and objectives in pursuing the proper time for division, the termination education, and the lifelong education, despite of their different opinions. The planning of the new arrangement of courses of individual schools can neither correspond with the objectives and intention of the Ministry of Education in course revision, nor solve the problems of the proper time for division, the termination education and the lifelong education, which are caused by the social and scientific movement. Therefore, this paper is intended to provide suggestions for the solution to the aforesaid problems. |
