中文摘要 | 本文針對魯氏鼓風機轉子,利用擺線齒輪與共軛運動對原理,建立轉子外形之數學模式,並作兩轉子之接觸分析。根據此數學模式,藉由電腦之輔助程式設計,製作轉子動畫模擬及轉子外形之程式,隨後運用Smart CAM之輔助加工,將轉子外形銑製完成。本文獲得之結論,為以內外擺線構成轉子之外形輪廓,由數學證明及電腦輔助分析,印證兩轉子於嚙合過程中,為相切且無干涉現象。轉子外形之電腦輔助設計與製造,亦可提供工業界生產魯氏鼓風機轉子之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the concept of cycloid gear and the theory of conjugate kinematic pair have been applied to derive the mathematical model of Roots blower gerotor profile. The contact of two gerotors have been also analyzed. According to this model, the program will be designed by using the computer language of QuickBasic to do the animate simulation of two gerotor's meshing and to output the shape file of the gerotor. With the computer aided manufacturing of SmartCAM software, the gerotor have been machined. The conclusion of this paper is that the two gerotors, their profile consists of cycloid and hypercycloid, always contact each other tangently and no interference occurs during meshing. All that events have been proved by mathematical and computer aided analysis. The computer aided design and manufacturing of gerotor will act as a new approach suggested for industry to produce the Roots blower gerotor. |
