中文摘要 | 戰機具有承受持續大G力的飛行性能,飛行員可因加速離心力超過正常人體的生理負荷,造成腦部缺血而昏迷。因此,對於飛行安全而言是大潛在威脅。本研究目的即在於瞭解戰機飛行員在空中發生G力昏迷的情形和其相關因素。 以空軍戰機飛行員和官校飛行生為對象之不記名問卷調查,發現空中G力昏迷發率為12%。估計發生昏迷時的G值平均為5G。估計昏迷之總行為失能期平均為22.6秒。昏迷當時未操作抗G動作佔64%,先有「黑視」才發生昏迷佔67%。有抗G衣裝備,但未使用者佔17%。空中G力昏迷大多屬於生理性,最常見原因為心理沒準備承受G力、未作抗G動作或可能不正確,以及快速產生G力等。昏迷醒來時最常見的感覺有心智混亂、定向失能、暫時失去記憶、和抽搐等。發生G力昏迷的當時階段,最常見為官校飛行生。各型機種每一萬飛行小時之昏迷發生率以T-34最高,達29.09次/一萬小時,F-5為6.57,AT-3為6.17,F-104為1.22。 研究結論戰機飛行員之空中G力昏迷並不少見。而對於空中G力昏迷相關因素的瞭解和掌握,有助於在飛行實務、教育訓練、裝備更新、航醫制度多方面,擬定預防G力昏迷的有效改進措施,達到促進部隊飛行安全,確保空軍優勢制空能力的目標。 |
英文摘要 | The highly meneuverable property of jet fighter could let physiological tolerance of human to acceleration be easily exceeded, resulting in G-induced loss of consciousness (G-LOC) due to instufficient cerebral blood flow. The purpose of this study was to explore the incidence rate and predisposing factors of in-flight G-LOC in the Chinese Air Force. An anonymous questionnaires was used to collect information about inflight G-LOC episodes from fighter pilots in the Air Force Bases. The questionnaires return rate is 86%. G-LOC incidence rate was 12%. The mean + Gz for the G-LOC episodes was 5.0 G. The most common causes of G-LOC were unprepared for G-onset, failure to perform proper L1/M1, and rapid G-onset. Symptoms associated with the G-LOC included confusion, disorientation, complete unawareness of the episode, and flail-type movements of the extremities. G-LOC episodes happened most commonly during flight training. The incidences of G-LOC per 10,000 flying hours by aircraft type were 29.09 of T-34, 6.57 of F-5, 6.17 of AT-3, and 1.22 of F-104. It was concluded that G-LOC in the Chinese Air Force pilots was not unusual. Flying safely and air supremacy of the Air Force can be potentially enhanced by improving G-LOC prevention measures in various directions. |
