中文摘要 | 本文主要是應用KES-FB系統評估棉絨布種染整現場生產流程的最適性,評估結果顯示經壓染、冷染及浸染三種不同製程的棉絨布其基本手感值硬挺度和平滑度變化不大,而豐厚度方面以浸染方式稍佳。而經Silicone樹脂和PU樹脂不同處理的基本手感值差異性也不大。另外在仿蒸處和預水洗加工方面經評估結果顯示加工前後布種的基本手感值差異性小。因此基於成本效益的考量,最終新製程的設定,在染色方面採用壓染,整理方面樹脂的加工選擇PU樹脂,取消預水洗和仿蒸處加工兩道製程。 |
英文摘要 | The optimum processing condition of dyeing and finishing of napped cotton fabrics were evaluated by using KES-FE system. The results showed that napped cotton fabrics through three different dyeing processing had no distinctive change on stiffness 、 smoothness value, but the fullness value respected to dip dyeing was better. There was little difference be-tween the silicone resin treatment and PU resin treatment napped cotton fabrics on the primary hand value. There was also little difference between the non -steaming and steaming treatment , the non -prewash and prewash fabrics on the primary hand value. If considering the cost of processing, the pad dyeing and PU resin treatment were the best, the steaming and prewashing could be eliminated. |
