中文摘要 | 目前世界上鋼鐵鍛造技術之發展在於追求鍛件尺寸精密化,省料化及高生產速率,其目的在於減少後續加工,節省下料重量級提高產能,如此便能降低生產成本。精密化之方法即採用冷間、溫間鍛造或複合鍛造技術;省料化之方法即採用複動化模組進行無毛邊鍛造 ;而欲提高產能則必須利用自動化設備。 金屬工業研究發展中心自民國81年度起即開始致力於研究發展精密緞造技術,包括溫間鍛造製程、複動化鍛造技術及複合鍛造技術。本文即在介紹溫間無毛邊鍛造製程之研究,開發之鍛件包括汽車用內仁及萬向接頭鍛件。以內仁為例在其成本估算上,溫間無毛邊鍛造製程比起冷間鍛造製程及複合鍛造製程分別可節省20%及30%左右之成本。 |
英文摘要 | The nowady trends of forging technology on steels are to make the precision forgings, to reduce the weight of billet and to forge at hight production rate, in order to reduce the following macnining, save the materials and increase the production. All above will make the cost down. The way to forge precisely is to apply the cold forging or the warm forging or hybrid forging process; the way to save the material is to use the multi-action dies to forge flashlessly; as to the way to increase the production is to forge automatically. Metal Indutries Reseearch and Development Centre was engaged in precision forging technology including the warm forging process, multi-action forging technology and hybrid forging technology from 1991. In this paper, the study of warm flashless forging process will be introduced and its application on inner race forgings and universal joint forgings as well. Taking the inner race forgings as example in cost estimation, the cost of warm flashless forging is about 20% lower than that of cold forging and is about 30% lower than that of hybrid forging. |
