中文摘要 | 針織技術的發展隨著針織機械的改進而產生極大的進步,目前提高針織機生產量的方法有:增加紗嘴的個數、增加織機轉速、增加針筒直徑及上列方法併用等方式。而這些改善生產量的方法卻有許多困難點有待突破,其中,在增加紗嘴個數與織機轉速上,三角的設計就佔有決定成敗的地位。因此提高針織機產量之主要關鍵,在於三角的設計。若能在三角上作一較佳之設計則可得到:減少三角與織針的撞擊力,提高織針壽命與織造速度,減少紗線的織造張力,可增加紗線的適織性的效果。 |
英文摘要 | The progress of weft knitting machine allowed the knitting techniques improved substantially. The prduction of knitting increased by increasing: the number of feeders, knitting speed, the diameter of the cylinder and combination of the above methods. Some difficulties in these method needed to be resolved. From the standpoint of the number of feeders and the knitting speed, cam design was the key point. If better cam design was achieved, the follow effects would. be obtained: by decreasing the impact between cam and needle to increase the needle durability and knitting velocity, by decreasing the knitting tension of yarn to inerease yarn's knitability. |
