| 英文摘要 | The initiation of gait, from standing at rest to the toe-off of the second leg, was analyzed in 11 normal young subjects. Using a force platform, the three commponents of a force acting on the platform were measured, then the center of pressure could be determined. Based on rigid body model, the three-dimensional displacements and velocities of the center of gravity were estimated from platform data. The energy levels and the power requirements of the center of gravity were also calculated. The pattern of force acting on the platform, the trajectory of the center of pressure, and the displacement, velocity, and energy levels of the center of gravity were described and analyzed. Results show that at the beginning of the initiation of gait, the COP moves backwards and towards the swing leg, but the COG is falling towards the stance leg and forwards in the direction of progression. The unbalanced phenomena is essential to walk. The vertical displacement width of the COG in the period of initial gait is larger than that in the period of gait cycle. Further, at the end of the first step, the progression velocity of the COG can reached the slow velocity of steady-state gait. |
