英文摘要 | Experimental results on the flowrate of powder material in a laboratory scale screwfeeder were reported. The flow rate was determined to be proportional to the rotational speed of the screw. The flowrate was increased as the pitch of the screw was increased or the diameter of the flight was reduced. The flowrate might be reduced by increasing the shaft diameter or increasing the thickness of flight. The influence of the rotational speed and the dimensions of the screw can be expressed by the following equation: Q = KN [ ( D12-D22 ) L- ( D32-D22 ) T] |
