英文摘要 | To enhance the dynamic performance of the power system, a numberof novel power system stabilizers are being operated at Taipower'smajor power plants since January 1993. In this paper, the basic principleand parameters tuning of power system stabilizers are reported fromboth the generation unit and the system points of view. The benefitsof digital accelerating power type are discussed particularly in manyaspects. Finally, the algorithm and the operation of stabilizers being usedare introduced. |
