| 英文摘要 | This research is to find out the optimal nitrocarburizing process experimentally by using different contents and ratios of atmospheres in a fluidized bed furnace through some prescribed treating conditions. The evaluations of test specimens were based on some aspects such as hardness distribution, compound layer depth, diffusion depth and microstructure. Furthermore, the cost analysis of the pro-cesses were also be done in this research. The following gas compositions with different ratios were performed in the experiments: 1. N��+NH��+C�蚜�� 2. N��+NH��+ENDO. GAS 3. N��+NH��+CO�� |
