中文摘要 | 本實驗以何格那斯M2水噴霧粉為對象,由粉體性質、潤滑劑選擇、碳 含量的控制、燒結溫度的選擇到燒結體密度的緻密化等過程進行研究評估。 粉體壓縮性的測試可提供生胚密度與成形壓力的關係。原料粉內0.089約含氧量 是真空燒結造成脫碳不可避免的主因,因此碳含量的補償就與燒結溫度同為本實 驗的兩大控制變數。0.06到0.15三組的碳粉添加量,配合1215℃到1240℃六組溫度 的組合,可以使本研究找到最佳的條件。 實驗結果發現,H.Wax是最佳的潤滑劑,成形壓力在8tons/cm�揹犮i得到8.16 gm/m �觸z論密度值的81。0.1碳添加量在1225℃時可以獲得最佳的微組織;M�睜碳化物 均勻介佈在晶粒內。且其燒結密度可達到98理論密度值。 |
英文摘要 | In this study Hogan as water atomized M2 powder was the raw material that be made effort to research its properties for powder metallurgy processes. They included powder characteristics, lubricator ,carbon content, sintering temperature and heating time. At last, tried to know the phenomena of densification in liquid phase sintering. In order to know the powder's compressibility, testing the relation of green density with press pressure. Oxygen 0.89 content was the main source which was the reason of carbon lossed after sintering. The quantity of extra carbon be mixed in powders to adjust the total carbon content is very important, for the liquid phase temperature of M2 high speed steel would changed with different carbon content. So, the corrective sintering temperature must be found out. This experiment added 0.06 wt, 0.1 wt and 0.15 wt grapher and sintering at six different temperature from 1215℃ to 1240℃. From the result, H. wax was the best lubricator. Pressing at 8 tons/cm��, the green density reached to 81 of theory density. When added 0.1 wt grapher and sintered at 1225℃, could gain fine microstructure and good properties. M�睜 type carbide was the key of densification in liquid phase sintering which made densified and uniformly dispersing on the matrix. |
