| 英文摘要 | In this experiment, the densification of (Zr0.6 Sn0.4)TiO�� ceramic could be enhanced by the addition of ZnO oxide. Its microwave properties such as dielectric constant (k), quality factor (Q), and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τ f) could also be improved. Adding CaCO�� oxide lowers the τf value, but decreases quality factor Q seriously. In (Zrx Sny ZnzTiO��, where x+y+z=1, the results indicated that dielectric constant doesn't change much with there placement of Zr or Sn by Zn and the change of τf is related to the amount of Zn. For the (Zr0.6 Sn0.4-xZnx)TiO�� ceramics, the results revealed that with increasing Zn amount, τf decreases and the dielectric constant only slightly reduces, but is still kept at a value of above 36, when x=0.2, the τf value was 2.3ppm/℃. |
