中文摘要 | 耐隆6具有較高的極性和模數而被用作塑膠磁石,但有加工性較差及耐衝擊性較差 等缺點。 故本文以聚胺酯混練及以電漿改質耐隆表面,由於聚胺酯具 -NHCOO- 結構和聚醯 胺具 -NHCO- 結構及其 -(CH �� ) �a - 的軟鏈,所以它們有部份相容性,可改善以上之缺 點。將基材表面電漿處理後可增加其與磁粉之結合性,應用電漿處理技術以降低結晶度,增 加了塑膠磁石的尺寸安定性及一些物理特性,因而提升了塑膠磁石的加工性。 |
英文摘要 | Nylon 6 used for plastic magnet because of higher polarity and high modulus, but has the defects as worse productibility and low impact strength etc. This paper use the methods of blending with polyurethane and modify the surface of the Nylon 6 by plasma treatment. Because polyurethane and polyamide have segments of -NHCOO-and-NHCO- and soft segment of (CH �� ) �a, so they are considered partially compatible. This blend for plastic magnet can improve the above defects of the Nylon 6 plastic magnet. The surface of Nylon 6 was treated with discharged plasma can increase the adhesion of Nylon 6 and the fillers, that resulted in shrinkproof of the composite and other physical properties. Applied the plasma technical method to increase the affinity of the surfaces of the Nylon 6 and the magnetic powders, so it improve the stability of the dimension and some physical properties. Decreasing of degrees of the crystallinity and decreasing the water absorption of Nylon 6 increased producibility of the Nylon 6 plastic magnet. |
