中文摘要 | 本研究係利用兩個大豆品種各具不同落葉型之近同源系,探討落葉生理 性狀之遺傳。由結果得知,其延遲落葉基因之葉片葉齡與植株落葉率之遺傳行為 具顯性作用,且受微效基因及複式基因之控制,遺傳率由低至中高,表示葉齡與 落葉率受環境因子左右,落葉率與葉齡呈極顯著負相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to investigate the genetic behavior of leaf abscission.Two soybean varieties involved near isogenic line of delayed leaf abscission and normal(with two leaf abscission genotypes) were examined. Genetic analysis for leaf longivity andpercentage of leaf abscission showed that they were controlled by polygene and multipicativegene with low to medium heritability. Environmental effects took a great protion on theirvariabilities. Significant negative correlation existed between percent leaf abscission and leaflongivity. |
