中文摘要 | 利用水稻五個F�純囓瘙皒s及6x6至互交F�筋飢鰹ヾA探討穀粒比重之遺 傳行為、選拔效果及穀粒比重與米質化學性狀間的關係。結果摘要如下:1.全互交 遺傳分析結果,顯示穀粒比重主要是受微效基因控制,且為超顯性作用。2.以五 個F�純囓瘝捰X調查穀粒比重之變異,發現各組合穀粒比重均有超越雙親分離的 現象,其遺傳率大致在50-70之間。五個組合中,穀粒比重與直鏈澱粉含量均呈 顯著正相關,與粗蛋白質含量則均呈顯著負相關。其他米質化學性狀與穀粒比重 的相關則因組合的不同而異。3.於F�砲@代選拔之結果顯示,選拔高穀粒比重系 統的F��/F�倏豸l相關係數均呈正值,顯示穀粒比重於早期世代進行選拔,可以 有效果。 |
英文摘要 | The genetic behavior of rice grain specific gravity was analyzed. The effect of selection andcorrelation between the specific gravity and other chemical properties of rice grain were alsostudied. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Genetic study from 6 X 6 diallel crosses showed that grain specific gravity wascontrolled by the overdominance of polygenes, and the environment effect was also important.The transgressive segregations were found in the F�� progenies of five cross combinations. Theheritability was about 50-70 percent. 2. In Five crosses, the grain specific gravity was positively correlated with amylose content,however negatively correlated with alkali spreading score and crude protein content. Whereas,the relationships between grain specific gravity and the other grain chemical characteristics wasdifferent in the different crosses. 3. The parent-offspring correlation coefficient was about 0.590~0.729 for F�� plant-scoreand Fs line-mean in high grain specific gravity, and about 0.486~0.400 in low ones. Thus,selections for grain specific gravity plants may be effective in early segregating generation. |
