中文摘要 | 本文針對退火條件的改變,對不同初始特性之水噴霧鐵粉,在退火後粉 體特性之影響,做了一系列的探討。低溫退火處理對粉體的視密度、流動性及粒 度分佈並無明顯的影響,但高溫處理則會產生明顯的影響。除非退火溫度夠高, 否則退火時間對粉體特性的改變並不顯著。高氫氣比例的退火氣氛,不會使粉體 特性的改變很明顯。細中徑粒度的鐵粉比粗中徑粒度的鐵粉,有更顯著的粉體特 性改變。這些現象都可以利用鐵粉中所含之細粉末,所造成的粉粒間互相燒結合 現像來解釋。 |
英文摘要 | An investigation on the influence of annealing conditions on the iron powder propertied was done. The water atomized iron powders with various initial properties were used in this study. There was only minor change on the apparent density, flow rate and particle size distribution of iron powder by the low temperature annealing. However, high temperature annealing has very strong effect on these powder properties. The change of powder properties was more severe with increasing annealing temperature. The hydrogen content in the annealing atmosphere does not have obvious influence on the powder properties. The iron powder with finer median particle size has more change on its powder properties by the annealing treatment than that with coarser median particle size. This change of powder properties can be explained by the sintering effect among powder particles due to the fine particles in the powder sample. |
