中文摘要 | 為比較熱脫脂與溶劑脫脂的機構,實驗中以92的羰基鐵粉和8的黏結 劑,經由適當的混煉,造粒進而射出成型,並把試片浸入正庚烷中,持溫50℃, 再施以熱脫脂。另做一純粹的熱脫脂來比較不同之脫脂溫度及脫脂時間的孔隙介 佈及重量變化,並用電子顯微鏡來觀察其組織之演變。 實驗結果顯示,溶劑脫脂時試片重量損失隨著脫脂時間的增長而達到一極大值 (5.6),孔隙大小亦隨著重量的損失而變大。脫脂初期時,可溶性之黏結劑由外向 內逐漸地被溶出而留下不可溶性之黏結劑來支撐胚體及互相連接之空孔,這些空 孔則有利於後續熱脫脂時不溶性黏結劑的釋出,如此達到了節省時間及改善熱脫 脂缺陷的產生。相對地,熱脫脂在脫脂時其孔徑大多維持在一固定位,顯示其機 構與溶劑脫脂不同。本文將討論此兩種脫脂模型及其優劣點。 |
英文摘要 | To compare the differences between solvent and thermal debinding mechanisms, 92wt carbonyl iron powders were mixed with 8wt binder and then molded into tensile bars. Specimens were immersed in heptane at 50℃, followed by thermal debinding. Straight thermal debinding was also performed for comparison. Mercury porosimetry and SEM observations were applied to analyze the pore structure evolution during debinding. Results indicated that the size and the amount of interconnected pores increase with increasing solvent debinding time. After solvent debinding, polypropylene was left and it supported the compact during thermal debinding. The pore size distribution observed from SEM and mercury porosimetrydatafor the solvent debinding process is different from that of thermal debinding. A comparison on the debinding mechanism and the advantage of these two methods are discussed. |
