中文摘要 | 在熱交換器傳熱管內放置矩形截面插入物以增強熱傳性能,在實際應用上雖屢見 不鮮,然而管內的熱流現象卻少見探討。本文藉表示於邊界配合座標系統上的守恆式,描述 偏心放置正方截面插入物的水平管,在層流全展狀態下的混合對流現象,並利用有限體積差 分法求解,所探討參數有箂禮數、普蘭特數、擺放方式、及插入物對重力方向的傾斜角。分 析結果指出,隨著萊禮數的增加,流體壓損增加率與普蘭特數成反比,而熱傳增加率則與普 蘭特數較不相關;傾斜正方截面插入物及普蘭特數等參數對管內熱流現象的影響不大明顯; 偏心放置正方截面插入物會降低管內熱流效果。 |
英文摘要 | The fully developed laminar mixed convection in an horizontal tube of axially uniform heat input with an adiabatic square core is numerically studied. Effects of Rayleigh number, Prandtl number, installation type and tilt of square core on the convection are determined. it is found that Prandtl number affects the rising rate of fluid friction negatively and that of overall heat transfer slightly as Rayleigh number increases. Tilting square slightly influences the convection. Eccentric installation of square decreases the magnitudes but increases the rising rates of fluid friction and overall heat transfer. |
