| 中文摘要 | 本文旨在建立常用機械元件之彈性自動繪圖系統,並在元件繪製過程中,賦予視圖、尺寸標註、3D輪廓圖與CAD/CAM整合等多項彈性選擇功能,以提供相關機械工程在元件設計、繪圖與製造場合中使用。利用AutoCAD為基礎環境之規劃下,透過其開放性架構特性與內建AutoLISP語言之結合,撰寫簡捷化與彈性化之自動繪圖系統。研究結果顯示,由於本系統在繪製過程中,提供元件樣式之圖像與規格參考表,不僅解決傳統記憶輸入法之缺失,並免除翻閱設計便覽之不便。而彈性化的選擇功能,使本系統除可作單純之標準元件程式庫使用外,更簡化了元件之設計、繪圖與製造之繁瑣過程。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to establish the flexible automatic drawing system for the general machine elements and to offer several flexible option functions such as view, dimensioning, 3D profile drawing and CAD/CAM integration so .as to provide the use for related mechanical engineering of element design, drawing and manufacturing during the drawing process. With AutoCAD as the basic environment, and through the features of its open architecture and built-in AutoLISP language, a speedy and flexible automatic drawing system was developed by this paper. Outcomes of this study show that such system provides the element style icon and the reference table of specification to fend off defects encountered in traditional memory input and to save the fumbling into pages of design handbook during the process of drawing. In addition, the flexible option function of this system not only gives simple use of drawing program base, but also simplifies the process of element design, drawing and manufacturing. |
