| 中文摘要 | 以TTC(2.3.5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride)對‘臺農甜蜜桃’休眠芽進行 活力( viability )檢測,顯示使用氰胺會使‘臺農甜蜜桃’芽體受傷, 在適當濃度處理 下所造成的傷害會有傷害減輕及復原的現象,可能刺激植物體內的水份、養份活潑化並大量 累積在作用點上而啟始萌芽。偵測其受傷乙烯釋放量也有類似結果,其受傷程度會隨著濃度 或劑量提高而增大。枝條芽體受傷在某一程度時對萌芽的促進有幫助,過高的濃度會有植物 毒害產生,使枝條或芽體造成不可回復的傷害,適當濃度或劑量可以造成適當的傷害,會引 發修補性活力回復,推測這個結果應是施用氰胺後促進萌芽的主因。 |
| 英文摘要 | Using TTC (2.3.5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride) test as an indicator of damage of peach tissue, it was found that 2.45% cyanamide could induce damage of peach buds in 48 hrs. But the viability would recover in 120 hrs. The viability of peach bud is related to growth stage, size of shoots and cyanamide concentration. Treatment of cyanamide also induced ethylene release while ABA and promalin did not. This result show that the mechanism of cyanamide to overcome bud dormancy is different from promalin or H �� O �� which did not induce the damage of bud. Tissue damage and recovery had been found in the TTC test. It seems to relative with breaking dormancy in the same concentration ranges. We suggest taht breaking bud dormancy is by way of cell division of compensative growth form optimal damage. |
