中文摘要 | 利用定電流法,探討錫於0.1M戊硼銨(pH6.4)之醇-水混合溶劑中的電化學行為。以電子顯微鏡觀察成長膜的表面形態。成長膜的表面形態在低反應溫度下或於富含醇之醇-水混合溶劑中呈多孔性粉粒之形態。成長膜的表面形態受電流密度、反應溫度和混合溶劑之醇/水比率之影響而呈三維或二維的方式成長。實驗結果顯示jτ□為一定值。實驗結果顯示誘導時間(τ)隨電流密度或反應溫度的增加而縮短。本文提出溶解-沈積-脫水之反應機構說明在醇-水混合溶劑中,錫的陽極氧化行為。 |
英文摘要 | The electrochemical behavior of tin with aqua-alcohol mixed solvent in 0.1M ammonium borate electrolyte (pH 6.4) was studied through the galvanostatic method. Morphology of the grown film was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Porous and powdery morphologies of grown film were observed for either low reaction temperature or an alcohol-rich mixed solvent. Depending on the current density, reaction temperature and ratio of mixed solvent, the film morphology is grown in either three dimensional or compact fashion. A constant value of jτ□ were indicated by the results. With the increase of either current density or reaction temperature the induction periods (τ) were indicated by the results to be shrunk. A dissolution- precipitated-dehydration mechanism was proposed to describe the behavior for anodic oxidation of tin in an aqua-alcohol mixed solvent. |
