| 中文摘要 | 化學熱磨紙漿之白度安定性不佳,嚴重的光黃化現象,使其用途深受限制,此種情形在紙漿經漂白後尤為明顯。試驗結果顯示:在相同用藥量下,低亞硫酸鹽漂白化學熱磨紙漿,以紫外光照射32小時後,其白度下降較過氧化物漂白者顯著。而於過氧化物漂白時,添加TAED等促進劑並未見預期之效果。超音波處理對過氧化物漂白與低亞硫酸鹽漂白呈現不同之效應。過氧化物及低亞硫酸鹽之二段漂白方式,其結果端賴氧化漂白階段而定。利用酵母菌前處理能緩和過氧化物漂白化學熱磨紙漿白度之下降,酵母菌處理條件以3小時pH 4.0時之效果較佳。 |
| 英文摘要 | Chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP) suffers from relatively poor brightness stability that limits its widespread utilization. This problem exists for the unbleached CTMP and is particularly noticeable for BCTMP. The brightness of hydrosulfite bleached CTMP was depressed more obviously than that of peroxide bleached CTMP when irradiated by UV light. When a catalytic agent such as TAED was added there was no expected effect on peroxide bleaching. The use of ultrasonic wave shows quite a different effect on reductive and oxidative bleaching. The result of two-stage bleaching with hydrosulfite and peroxide mainly depends on that of oxidative stage. Yeast pretreatment followed by peroxide bleaching can improve the brightness stability of CTMP. The optimum conditions of yeast treatment were three hours and pH 4.0. |
