中文摘要 | 愛玉為高經濟作物,市面出售的愛玉子是將果粒經過削皮、乾燥、翻皮、 乾燥等過程而製成,其中的削皮部份至今仍然沒有適當的機械可應用,所以都是 以人工為之。 本研究所研製的削皮機係應用光電回路、氣壓控制回路、機械式控制機構、沖洗 機構及可程式控制器所組合而成,達到果柄部的判斷與切除、果汁的沖洗、果粒 挾持及削皮等功能。 本雛型機,目前的削皮功能每小時約為391個,雖然比人工削皮快了些,但尚有 一些機構需持改良,以求其更能效率化。 |
英文摘要 | The Ficus awkeotsang Makino is a fruit of high economic value. Those Ficusawkeotsang Makino sold on the market were not the original fruit on the tree. Theyhave been processed through the procedures of skin peeling, drying.flapping andredrying again. Among them, the most difficult procedure is skin peeling. Since wedon't have the adequate peeling machine, all the peeling were done by hands, which isnot very economical. In order to reduce the labor cost, we began this research project of designing apeeling machine. This machine was composed of a photo-electric circuit, a pneumaticcontrol circuit, a mechanical control, a washing machine and a programble logic controller. With all these parts, we can reach the function of cutting the stud, washing outthe juice and seperate the skin and skinned fruit. Since this is only a prototype machine, the function of this peeling machine canonly peel three hundred and ninety-one fruits in an hour which is faster than done byhands. Further studies are needed to improve it's efficiency. |
