| 中文摘要 | 本研究為製備一種新型不溶解的非酸性聚合物鏈結矽膠之氧化試劑 Poly(1-vinylimidazoliumvchromate)couplingvagent-silica(PVI-Cr-CA-Phase)。該結構藉 由元素分析、FT-IR及固態FT-13CNMR等光譜鑑定後獲得證實。氧化劑上鉻的 含量經感應耦合電槳-原子發射光譜儀(ICP-AES)測得每克PVI-Cr-CA-Phase含有 1.982毫莫耳的Cr+6。將此氧化劑應用在對醇類的氧化上。可發現欲得到最佳的 醛酮產率需以潮濕的PVI-Cr-CA-Phase在非極性溶劑(如正己烷)中,以迴流的方法 進行反應即可。此氧化劑19克(含3.766毫莫耳的Cr+6)對0.471毫莫耳之苯甲基 (Benzylic)或丙烯基(Allylic)的醇類反應有較好的氧化產率,約為14-23。 |
| 英文摘要 | A method for the preparation of a novel oxidizing reagent poly ( l- vinylimidazoliumchromate )-coupling agent-silica ( PVI-Cr-CA- Phase ) was described. The structure of the prepared PVI-Cr-CA-Phase was identified by elemental analysis,FTIR as well as solid state FT-�CCNMR spectra. The capacity of chromium (VI) on such phasewas found to be 1.982 mmole chromium (VI) per gram silica phase from ICP AES spectrometry. The prepared PVI-Cr-CA-Phase reagent has been applied to oxidize a number of differentalcohols. Best results for the yielding aldehydes or ketones were obtained by using the wetPVI-Cr-CA-Phase reagent in nonpolar solvent such as n-hexane under reflux condition. Theresults also showed that 0.471 mmole of the benzylic or allylic alcohols were more readily oxidized by 1.9 g of wet PVI-Cr-CA-Phase reagent ( conaining 3.766 mmole of chromium (VI) )to give the corresponding aldehydes in 14 to 23 yields. |
