中文摘要 | 本研究係針對高速沖床用靜壓軸承之小孔節流閥進行設計及實驗比對。並分為自行設計組與外購品組兩組,進行壓力降與流量的量測。 實驗模擬靜壓軸承中軸因受負荷而改變與軸承的間隙致使壓力提高(流量因受阻而減少),來量取不同壓力源及壓力降的狀況下之流量,作為開發靜壓軸承之參考數據。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment of the orifice in hydrostatic bearing is to check the relation of the flow rate and pressure drop, and being the design parameter of the hydrostatic bearings which is used in high speed press. It imitated the flow rate change by the decreased clearence between the shaft and bearing for the increased load applied the shaft, and measured the flow rate at some given pressure drop. |
