中文摘要 | 本研究為輔仁大學管理學院「計算計概論」課程開發、建置一個虛擬教室學習系統,並以問卷調查的方式,來了解學生對本虛擬教室界面設計的滿意度、以及學生在虛擬教室中的學習方式。參與本實驗的樣本為輔仁大學資訊管理系一年級一個班級的學生。為了解樣本對視訊資料的想法,本研究將虛擬教室分為兩組,分別是「虛擬教室文+圖」組,有效樣本人數為34人,與「虛擬教室文+圖+視訊+音訊」組,有效樣本人數33人。 研究結果發現,大多數的樣本認為本系統界面操作很容易、界面的美觀程度令人滿意、教材之排版很清楚、文句敘述容易理解、整體的下載速度亦可接受。本系統視訊品質雖不令人十分滿意但尚可接受,樣本也指出視訊與音訊的使用確實有助於課程內容的了解。此外,樣本在虛擬教室中的學習方式傾向想學就學沒有特別的學習計劃、約有一半的樣本會將網頁內容列印下來閱讀、常常觀看視訊的樣本比例只有五成、參與留言版或上討論區的樣本比例並不高。在學習過程中遇到問題,八成的樣本選擇再看一次文字教材,約有四成的樣本會再閱讀課本,48%「文+圖+視訊+音訊」組的樣本會再看一次視訊內容。 |
英文摘要 | The major purposes of this study were to develop a virtual classroom system for the "Introduction to Computers" course offered in the College of Management at Fu Jen Catholic University and to evaluate the usability of the system. Subjects of the study were 67 freshmen from the Department of Information Management. A paper-and-pencil type of questionnaire was administered to the subjects to collect the data. Results of the study indicated that most subjects gave positive evaluation to the usability of the virtual classroom due to the easy-to-use interface design and the well organized learning contents. However, the quality of the video used in the system though acceptable was not satisfactory. While only about 50% of the subjects watched the video during the study, most of the subjects indicated the watching the video helped in understanding the learning contents. It was also found that most of the subjects did not make a study plan in the virtual classroom. About 50% of the subjects preferred printing out the learning content for study. In addition, a low percentage was found of the subjects who posted articles or participated in discussion on the bulletin board. |
