中文摘要 | 本研究自台灣赤楊天然林之放線菌根瘤分離得六種放線菌什Frankia品 系,Afl�砥BAfI�瓷BAfI�翩BAfI�唌BAfI�煄B及AfI�滿C電泳分析及雙向免疫擴散試 驗結果顯示,各Frankia菌株間有差異性存在。接種試驗證實各Frankia菌株對不同 種源台灣赤楊幼苗之感染力互異。其中以AfI�瓷BAfI�蔗鬅u菌Frankia菌株對台灣 赤楊幼苗之感染力較高,AfI�砥BAfI�唌B及AfI�瑑蒏隤怞舅均A而以AfI�熊蒏隤� 為最低。接種成功之台灣赤楊幼苗高生長速度增加二倍,而其根部及根瘤細胞內 有許多共生放線菌Frankia生成之包囊。包囊呈圓形、橢圓形成半圓形,其直徑為 1.5~5.8pm。活根瘤之平均固氮速率為3.05微摩爾乙烯每克根瘤乾重每小時。篩選 感染力強且具親和力之Frankia品系接種台灣赤楊苗木,可以提高造林成活率並促 進苗木生長。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, 6 Frankia strains were isolated from actinorhizal root nodules collected from natural Formosan alder (A/nus formosana Mak.) stands, i.e.,AfI�� , AfI�� , AfI�� , AfI�� , AfI��, and AfI��. Results from SDS-PAGE and double immunodiffusion test indicated that there were variations among differentstrains. Inoculation test indicated that each Frankia strain showed different infectivity to seedlings of different seed lots. Among them, AfI�淮nd AfI�� had thehighest infectivity, then AfI��, AfI��, and AfI�� had the lower, and AfI�� had thelowest infectivity. AfI��, AfI�� and AfI��, had better effects on growth of alderseedlings. The seedling height growth increased 2 times as inocuated with AfI��, and AfI��. There were vesicles in the root nodules of seedlings inoculatedwith isolated Frankia strains. The vesicles were round, elliptic, or half-round inshape, and 1.5-5.8 μm in diameter. The average nitrogen fixation acitivtywas 3.05 micromole ethylene per gram dry nodule per hour. The survival rateof Frankia-infected seedlings averaged 82. Application of high infectivity andcompatible Frankia strains to Formosan alder seedlings can increase survivalrate, and stimulate height growth. |
