中文摘要 | 赤腳青銅金龜(Anomala cupripes Hope)為本省常見重要金龜子,可為害 多種果樹、林木、雜作及花卉。幼蟲食害植物根部,而成蟲群集取食葉片,在台 中地區主要發生期在6∼8月。由於目前尚無防治推荐藥劑,農民多盲目用藥, 防治效果也不理想。有鑑于此乃從葡萄園大量採回赤腳青銅金龜成蟲,於室內測 定其對藥劑的毒性反應。結果顯示16種供試藥劑中對成蟲接觸毒以Chlorpyrifos 、Carbosulfan、Isoxathion、Dichlorvos、Fenitrothion、Malathion等6種較高;對 成蟲胃毒以Methiocarb、Carbosulfan、Dichlorvos、Fenitrothion、Acephate等5 種藥劑較佳。若同時將成蟲及飼料處理藥劑時,則以Chlorpyrifos、Dichlorvos、 Fenitrothion、Acephate等4種藥劑之毒效最高,其次為Carbosulfan、Methomyl、 Isoxation等3種藥劑。三種不同處理方式對金龜子成蟲之毒性,接觸毒高於胃毒。 |
英文摘要 | Anomala cupripes Hope, a common and important chafer in Taiwan, injures many fruit trees, forest, cereal and ornamental crops. Its larvae feed on plant roots while the adults aggregate and feed on foliage. In Taichung area, this insect occurs mainly between June and August each year. Since no chemicals have been officially recommended, farmers often use insecticides without knowing their effectiveness. We collected large number of this chafer from grape vineyard and tested the toxicity of some insecticides against adults. Insecticides were applied either by dipping method with the insects or spraying onto the feeding leaues, and mortality was recorded 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment. Among the 16 insecticides tested, Chlorpyrifos, Carbosulfan, Isoxathion, Ethofenprox, Dichlorvos, Fenitrothion and Malathion were more effective as contact poisons. Methiocarb, Carbosulfan, Methomyl, Chlorpyrifos, Dichlorvos, Fenitrothion, and Acephate were more effective as stomach poison. When given both as stomach and contact poisons, Carbosulfan, Dichlorvos and Fenitrothion were the most effective, followed by Chlorpyrifos, Methomyl, Isoxathion and Acephate. These results indicated that chafer adults were more susceptible to contact insecticides than to stomach insecticides. Therefore, spraying chemicals on the adult chafers while they stay on the crops is an effective way of control which may even allow a reduction of dosage in some instances. |
