| 中文摘要 | 本文利用啟發式的群組確認理則(Heuristic Cluster Identification Algorithm)為基礎,加入適當的條件法則(Production Rules),產生一定名為群組確認狀態推移法則(Production Rules),產生一定名為群組確認狀態推移法院的改良式群組技術(Group Technology)分析法。本文描述此改良式群組分析法如何與物件導向概念(Object-Oriented Concept)結合,並發展出一個自動化的物件導向群組區分法。此群組區分法之功能,由一組C++程式所定義與執行。程式中各物件類種(Object Classes)之屬性資料(Attributes)和操作函數(Operation Method)可由使用者依實際環境自由或增減,以符合各種不同之分類條件。文中附程式及輸出結果,以說明此軟體如何一自動化製造系統內所包含的加工件與機械分類成相關的工件族與工具機群。 |
| 英文摘要 | The basic idea of group technology (GT) is to decompose a physical system into physical or logical subsystems. The Cluster Identification Algorithm (CIA) and its extensions is one of the most widely used method for solving large-scale group technology problems. This paper develops an object-oriented methodology that combines the basic CIA and heuristic rules to form a modified CIA, called Cluster Identification State Transition Algorithm (CISTA), to solve GT problems. A set C++ programs are implemented for the clustering system. The automated clustering system is aimed to provide a flexible tools for GT users to group objects into functionally related families. Examples for grouping parts and machines that involved in an automatic manufacturing system into relative Part Families and corresponding Machine Cells are used to demonstrate the capability of the CISTA GT system. |
