中文摘要 | 本研究探討等待時間長短對瓶蓋旋開扭力的影響。實驗所用樣本為容量二十盎司 之聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate-PET)瓶罐以及襯有乙烯酯襯墊之聚 丙烯(Polypropylene-PP)瓶蓋,此瓶、蓋組為二十八公釐外徑。實驗中所檢驗之因素包括 瓶蓋旋開扭力、旋緊扭力及等待時間。等待時間被設定為從九秒至一百天等八個層次代表不 同的架上時間;旋緊扭力被設定為四個層次,分別為15、20、25以及30英吋-磅。參數設定 是依照全因子型實驗設計而來。實驗結果顯示對四個不同旋緊扭力而言,瓶蓋旋開扭力與半 對數軸關係均呈現”S”型態的變化。瓶蓋旋開扭力隨時間先遞增而遞減,最大扭力約略發 生在旋蓋旋緊後十天,而大部份的扭力增加量則是發生於瓶蓋剛旋緊之後的短時間內。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of elapsed time on the cap removal torque was examined in this study. Twenty-ounce Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles with a 28-millimeter finish and Polypropylene (PP) with a vinyl liner caps were utilized as the specimens. The factors examined in the experiments included removal torque, application torque and elapsed time. Elapsed time was set at eight different levels to represent the various on-the-shelf periods varying from 9 seconds to 100 days (10□to 10�悲ays) while the application torque was set at four different levels of 15-, 20-, 25- and 30- in-1b. A full factorial design was employed to set up the parameter layout. The results of the experiments showed that the cap removal torque exhibits an "S" shape behavior for all four application torque levels. A large portion of cap removal torque increase occurred during the early stage after the cap was applied. The cap removal torque reached to a maximum level at about 10 days and then decreased at a slow rate. |
