| 中文摘要 | 電源供應器由較早期之線性電源供應器,發展至頻率較低之寬波調變(PWM)控制式之轉換式電源供應器,其體積、重量、大小,及價格已有明顯的降低。近來由於高頻PWM控制用IC已發展成熟,朝高頻率設計之轉換式電源供應器已不成問題。 電源模式(Current-Mode)控制方式乃針對以往之電壓模式(Voltage-Mode)控制方式之缺點改進,其具有以下之優點: 1.具有較佳之線調節率(Line Regulation)。 2.單極點(Pole)轉移函數之響應。 3.較大的增益頻寬(Gain-Bandwidth)。 4.誤差放大器之頻率補償電路較簡單。 5.易於並聯使用。 本文將就有關電流模式(Current-Mode)控制方式之轉換式電源供應器的理論概念、電流模式控制方式之改善、小信號廻路補償之分析及實際電路設計與製作,做一番詳細之探討。 |
| 英文摘要 | Over the past years, it can be found that the development of power supplies has been transited from simple but extravagant linear regulators to early low frequency Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) systems. With the same power capability as before, the PWM systems are cheaper, lighter, and smaller than those of the earlier linear products. Recently, due to the successfully developed high frequency PWM controller IC, it helps as toward to design the high frequency switching power supplies. This paper proposes the Current-Mode control method to eliminate the defect caused by the Voltage-Mode control system. This method has the following advantages: 1) excellent line regulation; 2) single pole transformed response; 3) higher gain bandwidth; 4) simple error amplifier frequency compensative circuit; 5) easy for parallelized usage. From the standpoint of control method, we will discuss the Current-Mode control for PWM converter and the analysis of small signal loop gain compensation with a realized circuit to make it easy for manufacturing. |
