中文摘要 | 專科學校電子電路實驗室中,主動濾波器之設計為最困難的實驗項目之一。由於 缺乏精密的頻譜分析儀和寬頻帶的數位儲存示波器,以及利用麵包板插線做實驗,這些綜錯 複雜的接線常使實驗不能順利進行,以致影響學生學習意願和興趣。本計劃探討下列四大項 : ( 1 )分析運算放大器( OPA )之內部功能, 訂定所採用型號 OPA 之 Macromodel 模型 ,作為設計主動濾波器之主體。 ( 2 )由 PSpice 之 Laplace 陳述印證所設計的主動濾波器之轉移函數,是否合乎所期望 濾波器之規格。 ( 3 )比較高階的 VCVS Filter、 Multiple Feedback Filter、 和 Multiamplifier Filter 等基本架構, 實作 Butterworth Filter、Chebyshev Filter 和 Elliptic Filter 並比較其優劣。 ( 4 )如何用 PSpice 中的 Monte carlo 分析功能來分析元件的特性,對 VCVS-Filter, Multiamplifier Filter 分析靈敏度之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The design of active filters in the laboratory of junior college is one of the most difficult experiments to succeed. One of the reasons is the precise frequency spectrum and wideband digital storage scope are too expensive to supply to each student. The other reason is the complicated wires among components on the breadboard usually producing unpredictable noise to affect the response and the accuracy of experiments, so it finally decreases the student's interest to perform filters design. Now personal computer and simulation package are available and easy to use, so it is worth studying the new method such as Spice to proceed filter design instead of using traditional approach. This project includs the following achievements: (1) Analyze the uA741 and LT1192 operational amplifier, and successfully derive their macromodels to improve simulation efficiency. (2) By using the PSpice special feature, Laplace Command, to prove the transfer functions of active filter to be designed was completely matched the specification. (3) Implement and compare Butterworth filter and Chebyshev filter characteristics by using VCVS filter, Multiple feedback filter, and Multiamplifier filter. (4) Analyze each kind of filters' sensitivity by Monte carlo analysis. |
