英文摘要 | In an induction hardended steel surface layer of SCM 440, a compressive residual stress in produced, and residual level becomes higher as hardness increase. Tempering is a stress relieving process. Therefore the residual stress level reduces after tempering. For partial area induction hardening, no residul tension stress was observed in the transition zone adjacent t unhardended areas. On progressively scanned spray quenched work, a fast movement of the coil will form spiral bands structure which has a tremendous effect on the uniformity of quality. |
