中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討蔗糖添加於飲水或飼料對白色肉雞生長性能及屠 體品質之影響。試驗雞隻共240隻,逢機分為三種處理(對照粗,飲水添加5蔗糖 及飼料添加5蔗糖),每種處理有二重複組,每組公母各20隻。結果顯示,飲用5 蔗糖溶液對三週齡時之體重無顯著影響;但到第五及第七週齡時,其體重則顯著 地較對照組為輕(P<0.05)。在零至三週齡時飲用5蔗糖溶液者有顯著的提高飼料效 率之現象(p<0.05);在第五及第七週齡時,則對飼料效率無顯著的影響(P>0.05)。而 飲用5蔗糖溶液者其腹脂佔屠體比率亦顯著地減少(P<0.05)。添加5蔗糖於飼料對 肉雞之體重、飼料效率及腹脂佔屠體比率均無顯著影響(P>0.05)。添加5蔗糖於飲 水或飼料均顯著的增加肝臟重量(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The object of this study was to investigated the effect of adding sucrose into the drinking water or into feed on the growth performance and the carcassquality of white broilers .There were three treatments ( control, 5 sucrose indrinking water or in feed ) with two repetitions. Each treatment had 40 whitebroilers with equal number of male and female. By adding 5 sucrose intodrinking water, the average of the body weight at 3 weeks old was not significantly different (p>0.05 ) from that of control, but was significantly decreased ( p<0.05 ) at 5 and 7 weeks old. Conversely the feed efficiency in thetreatment of adding 5 sucrose into drinking water was significantly ( p <0.05 ) increased from 0 to 3 weeks old , but was not signicantly different from5 to 7 weeks old. In adddition, the ratio of the weight of abdominal fat to thecarcass weight ( was significantly decreased ( p<0.05 ) by adding 5 sucroseinto drinking water. Compared with the control, no significant difference ( p>0.05 ) was found on the average of the body weight, feed efficiency and theratio of the weight of abdominal fat to the carcass weight ) in the treatment ofadding 5 sucrose into feed. On the other hand, the average weight of liverwas significantly increased ( p<0.05 ) by the treatments of adding 5 sucroseinto drinking water or into feed. |
