中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧中添加微生物製劑對肉豬生長性能與屠體品質之影響。選用72頭雜交豬(L×Y×D),平均體重26.3kg,公母各半。豬隻按性別與體重逢機皆配至每一處理組。每欄飼豬6頭,每一處理6欄,每組飼養36頭豬隻。本試驗分二個處理組(1)飼餵玉米—大豆粕飼糧為對照組;(2)對照組添加2.0%微生物製劑組。 試驗結果顯示,豬隻之平均隻日增重在生長期經統計分析兩處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05),但在肥育期則飼糧中添加微生物製劑組顯著的(p<0.05)高於對照組。然而,全期豬隻平均知日增重則兩處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05)。豬隻之隻日採食量在生長期兩處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05),但在肥育期與全期財飼糧中添加微生物製劑組高於(p<0.10)對照組。而豬隻之飼料利用效率和全期之飼養天數,兩處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05),但飼糧中添加瞰生物製劑組全期飼養天數則縮短6.9天。至於豬欄地面上豬糞中氨氣濃度飼糧中添加微生物製劑組顯著的(p<0.05)低於對照組,而硫化氫濃度兩處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05)。豬隻之屠體重、屠宰率、瘦肉重、瘦肉率以及平均背脂厚度,兩處理組之間差弱不顯著(p>0.05)。 本試驗結果證實在館豬飼糧中添加微生物製劑,不但可獲得與對照組相同之豬隻生長性能,而且可減輕豬欄內臭氣。同時對豬隻屠體品質亦無不良的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of microbial supplements in diets on growth performance and carcass quality of growing-finishing pigs were studied. A total of 72 crossbred pigs (Landrace × Yorkshire × Duroc), averaging 26.3 kg each, were randomly assigned to two treatments with replications based on sex and weight. The treatments were: (1) a corn-soybean meal diet as a control diet, and (2) a control diet with 2.0% microbial agent added. In each treatment, there were a total of 36 pigs by six pigs per pen and six pens per treatment. The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) of pigs was similar (p>0.05) between two treatments during the growth period, but microbial supplements diet resulted in a significantly higher (p<0.05) ADG than in the control diet during the finisher period. However, the overall ADG differed little between two treatments during the entire study period. The average daily feed intake was higher (p<0.10) in pigs fed the diet containing microbial supplements than that of the control diet during the finisher and overall periods but not in grower period. The feed-to-gain ration and average feeding days reaching 105 kg of pigs were not significantly different (p>0.05) between dietary treatments, although the pigs treated with microbial supplements reached final weight by 6.9 days earlier during the overall period. Furthermore, the microbial diet resulted in a significantly less (p<0.05) fecal ammonia concentration than that the control diet, but fecal hydrogen sulfide concentration was similar between dietary treatments. No significant difference (p>0.05) was found between treatments in carcass weight, dressing percentage, lean cut weights, lean cut percentage and mean backfat thickness. It is therefore concluded that the addition of microbial agent in the diet of growing-finishing pigs can obtain a satisfactory growth performance, a less waster odor and no deteriorative effect on the carcass quality. |
