中文摘要 | 採用動態壓力回授式伺服閥之電-液伺服系統之性能優於採用閥軸位置 回授式和壓力一流量式伺服閥者,然而動態壓力回授式伺服閥之售價昂貴,構造 較複雜。本文之目的是利用軟體程式改變閥軸位置回授式伺服閥之結構,使其具 有與動態壓力回授式伺服閥相同之特性,進而提昇系統之性能。除可降低成本 外,尚能提高可靠性。首先推導系統方程式,並藉參數鑑定法修正之。其次導出 動態壓力回授機權之傳遞函數,將其數位化後存入微電腦控制器中以供作即時補 償之用。以c語言編寫控制程式,利用計算機模擬來作系統補償前後之性能比 較,並以實驗來印證本方法之實用性。 |
英文摘要 | The electrohydraulic servo with a dynamic pressure feedback servovalve is superior inperformance to that with a spool position feedback servovalve and with a pressure flowfeedback servovalve. However, the dynamic pressure feedback servovalve is more expensiveand mechanically complex than other types. The purpose of this paper is to compensatethe construction of the spool position feedback servovalve via software program, and makeit like a dynamic pressure feedback servovalve, in turn, to improve the system performance.In addition to economic benefit, the reliability also can be increased. First, derive the system equations and modify them through the use of parameter identification technique. Then, derive the transfer function of the dynamic pressure feedbackmechanism, digitize it and store it in the microcomputer controller for real time compensation. The control program is written by using the C programming language. Systemperformances before and after compensation were compared by computer simulation. Experiment was run to demonstrate the application of this method. |
